Elizabeth first got involved in party planning 10 years ago while she lived in Yosemite National Park. From there she moved to the Napa Valley where she worked as a catering manager, “learning the ropes”. She started “An Event to Remember” in February of 1998 and since that time has planned hundreds of weddings and corporate events, including Opus One’s 20th Anniversary party, not to mention charity events and auctions, golf tournaments, and countless elopements. She has established strong relationships with a variety of excellent wedding and event locations, caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, transportation companies, officiants, and musicians. “I can suggest less expensive alternatives that will still enhance your special day.”

Elizabeth prides herself on working hard for each and every client, acting as if she was planning each event for herself. Whether you are planning for 2 or 200, she wants your event to be “An Event to Remember”. She will begin by working with you to create a budget and discover your style.

She prides herself on her professionalism while making the process of planning your event enjoyable. She also feels strongly that while she assists with every aspect of your event, the client is still the one in charge and makes the decisions during the planning process and on the day of the event.

An Event to Remember does not work for referral fees from any vendors. We work to make you and your guests happy. No detail will go unattended.
